Allen James Bates

Allen J. Bates, 37, of Geneva, died in an auto accident 12/5 in Genoa city. A talented HVAC technician & mechanic, he was the owner/operator of Leader Mechanical Services. Raised 4, surviving, children: Emily, Lexi, Allen Jr. & Lily w/ significant other, Antonella Zambito. Survived by Grandma Myrna, mother & stepfather George and Karyn Wright, & siblings Kari, Jason, Bob, Tim, Nicole, Jeff, Natalie, Chris, Kacie & Josh. Betzer funeral home will host visitation at 2 & service at 3 PM Saturday, December 9. Always there for those in need, Allen will be greatly missed by all.
