Beatrice J. Block, 83, Delavan, WI died Wednesday August 20, 2014 at the Rosewood Assisting Living, Delavan. Beatrice was born Aug. 4, 1931 in West Allis, WI the daughter of Henry and Esther Wilke Bloedel. United in marriage to Gerald Block Aug. 11, 1951 in West Allis, WI and he preceded her in death Nov. 8, 2012. Member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Ladies Guild. Surviving are her daughter, Sandra (Steven) Clark, Burlington, WI and son Stephen (Cynthia) Block, Darien, WI. 4 grandchildren, Jeremiah, Sara, Gregory, and Ashley, and 5 great grandchildren and 1 sister, DeAnna Milkalski, Washington State. Preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Betty. Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday Aug. 25, 2014 at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lake Geneva, WI with Pastor Peter Metzger officiating. Burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery.
