Bruce Randall Fittig, 71, of Fontana WI. passed away peacefully on April 16, 2023. Bruce was born on September 28, 1951, in Chicago II. He was a loving Husband, father, and grandfather, who always had a smile and a joke. Bruce was a Tuckpointer and Bricklayer by trade and a member of the Tuckpointers Union. He worked hard to provide for his family, but he always found time to be whimsical and fantastical as a storyteller for his children. Bruce graduated from Kalvin Park High School and attended MTI for higher education. He was a committed family man, always involved in his two daughters' lives, supportive, and always willing to teach and help. He loved his grandchildren more than life itself and provided growth, knowledge, and silliness to them. Despite facing many challenges before the age of 50, Bruce always worked at being his best self. His journey was not easy, but he remained a hardworking, caring, and funny person until the end. Bruce is survived by his wife, Lynn Fittig, his brother Alan Fittig, his daughter Samantha Kalinowski and son-in-law Henry Kalinowski, his daughter Shawn Hunter and son-in-law Wayne Hunter, his grandchildren Dan Vasquez, Marina Vasquez, and Henry Kalinowski II. He was preceded in death by his parents Bud (Fred) Fittig and Hilldagard Perferst. A Celebration of Life service is pending. Bruce will be missed beyond measure by those who took the time to laugh and eat with him. Lazarczyk Family Funeral Homes of Lake Geneva, WI is proudly serving the family. Service Details.
