Carl Duane Mullis

Carl Duane Mullis, 79 of Delavan died at Lakeland Health Care Center on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2015. Carl was born January 3, 1936 in Illinois the son of Fred Mullis and Hazel Poulter. He marrried Lora Andersen, May 12, 1956 in Delavan,Wis. Lora predeceased him Nov. 10,2010. Carl work for the Village of Fontana for over 30 years with the street dept. Carl enjoyed everything from Farming, Construction and spending time camping with his wife Lora. He is survived by 2 sons, Rick (Kelly) Mullis and Brian (Rita) Mullis both of Walworth,Wi 1 sister, Helen of Delavan. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife, a sister, Phyllis and brothers, Bob, Dan and Bill. Graveside funeral services will be 11:30am. Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at Spring Grove Cemetery. After the services friends are invited to the American Legion Post for lunch and reminiscing with Carl's family. The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to Dr. Clifford Poplar, his staff and the staff at Lakeland Health Care Center for their dedication and care of Carl.
