Catherine Higdon

Catherine Higdon (nee Robertson), 71 years of age and resident of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, passed away on December 7th, 2024, at 9:39 a.m.

She was born on March 22, 1953, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Charles and Colleen (nee Dempsey) Robertson. Catherine was united in marriage to Jimmie Higdon and the two spent many wonderful years together.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Cathy touched the hearts of all who knew her. She was a fierce protector of her family and a steadfast source of guidance and comfort to those who sought her wisdom. Cathy had a gift for building and nurturing relationships, bringing people together with love and care. She celebrated her loved one's achievements with pride and stood by them with unwavering support through life's challenges. Her family deeply cherished and adored her, and her love will forever remain a lasting legacy in their hearts.

Catherine is survived by her loving husband, Jimmie Higdon; children Jason Faust, Steven Higdon, Chad Higdon, Ashley Higdon, and Bernice Dziubanek; grandchildren Jason Faust Jr., Destinee Higdon, and McKayla Mackey; great-grandchildren Ethereal Lawson, Kingstin Mackey, Reyna Ditello-Scott, Ashton Faust, and Blake Ferral. She was preceded in death by Charles Henry Robertson, Charleen Robertson, Colleen Dempsey, Charles Robertson II, and Amber Faust.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Lazarczyk Family Funeral Homes (515 Center Street, Lake Geneva, WI 53147) with a service at 1 p.m. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
