Catherine Wisowaty

Catherine Wisowaty, 71 died at her home in Walworth on July 8, 2020. Catherine was born Dec. 16, 1948 in Winchester, Mass. the daughter of Chester Cahoon and Muriel Wood Cahoon. She married David Wisowaty June 1, 2002 Catherine was part of the McHenry Co. Clerks office for many years. She loved gardening and sewing which were part of her many talents. She is survived by her husband, David, 3 children, Gerald (Dawn) Rosenfield, Stephanie (Justin) Davis and Carrie Carlsen, 3 step children, Valarie (Adam) Stoler, Kristi (Andy) Rurey and Brian Wisowaty, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 1 sister, Janna (Bill) Burhop. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Marcia Cahoon. A gathering for friends will be from 1 to 4pm Sunday, July 19,2020 at the Betzer Funeral Home, 118 S. Second St. Delavan with a reception at the Delavan American Legion across the street from the funeral Home.
