Cecelia D. Tanguma

Cecelia D. Tanguma, 81, of Delavan, WI, passed away at her residence on February 1, 2022. Cecelia was born on August 7th, 1940, to Marcus Rodriguez and Tomasa Rios in Texas. She married Juan Tanguma in 1985, in Michigan. Juan passed away in 2016. She is survived by her siblings, Esperanza, Maria, Bartola, Gloria, Paul, Jesse, Nate, and Angel; as well as many other family members and friends. Cecelia dedicated her life to helping people in any way she could. She enjoyed sewing and caring for animals. Private services were held at the funeral home.
