Charles T. Angell, 81, of Glenview, Illinois, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2022, at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center. Private burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Chicago.
