Christine J. Johnson (Wegner), 63 of Delavan, WI, passed to eternal life at Mercy Medical Center in Janesville, WI on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. Christine was born August 10, 1954 in Elkhorn, WI the daughter of Wesley and Rose (Zobach) Wegner. She was the devoted wife of Steven L. Johnson and loving Mother of Jeremiah Johnson. Daughter-In-Law of Walter (Mary Ann) Johnson of Elkhorn, WI. Sister of Charlene Elofson of Elkhorn, WI, Shirley (James) Nelson of Waukesha, WI, Glen (Sandra) Wegner of Lake Geneva, WI. Sister-In-Law of Ronald (Barb) Johnson of Belvedere, IL, Kenneth (Diana) Johnson of Lake Geneva, WI, Leslie Johnson of Elkhorn, WI, Michael (Donna) Johnson of Williams Bay, WI. Also survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Preceded in death by her parents Wesley and Rose (Zobach) Wegner, Linda Romenesko, and Ervin Wegner. Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the Steinke-Lazarczyk Funeral Home in Lake Geneva, WI with Pastor Gary Black officiating.
