Dale Ray Whitmore, 69, of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, passed away on March 16, 2022. Dale was born on November 14, 1952, to Floyd and Lois (Comstock) Whitmore, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. He is survived by his wife, Janet, his children, other relatives, and many friends. Private family services were held.
