Debra Lynn Wedge-Clavey

Debra Lynn Wedge-Clavey, 60 years old of Fox Lake, IL passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026. She was born September 26, 1965 to Lynn (Drachenfels) Plum in Waukegan, IL. Debra never missed the opportunity to soak up the sunshine and listen to her favorite music. Before her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, her role as a bus driver was extremely important to her and she loved each child that she met along the way. Debra enjoyed playing darts, volleyball, and pool - AND cheering on her beloved Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Blackhawks. Above all things, she loved her children, adored her grandchildren, and cherished her animals.

Survivors include, her children, Candice Wedge, Caitlin (Max) McNamara, and Cory (Angelina) Wedge; grandchildren, Jadeyn Decker, Easton Wedge, and Levi Wedge; mother, Lynn Plumm, siblings, Ray Plum IV, Laura Turner, and David Plum; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Debra was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Plum.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00PM until 8:00PM Friday, January 23, 2026 with a time for family remembrances at 7:00PM at the Fox Lake Volunteer Fire Department 114 Washington Ave. Ingleside, IL 60041. For additional information, please call (262)-248-2320.
