Dennis Michael Murphy

Micheal Murphy, 66, of Eagle Street, Delavan died at St. Luke's Medical Center, on Sept. 17, 2015 after a short illiness. Michael was born Dennis Michael Murphy on June 28, 1949 in Oakland, California to Frederick Own Murphy and Fern Winifred Kurtz. Michael was employed at Sloan Valve Corp for many years. He just retired this year. Michael came to Delavan to live with his mother, Fern Murphy. A visitation will take place Sunday, 4 to 7pm in the Adam-Winterfield Funeral Home in Downers Grove. A second visitation will take place 10 to 11am on Monday at the Betzer funeral Home in Delavan. Funeral services will be at 11am with the Rev. Fred Zagone officiating.
