Diane A. Stanik-Martin (Nee Krusick) Longtime resident of Greenfield. Passed to eternal life, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, November 2, 2018, age 87 years. Devoted Wife of Robert Martin and the Late Frank Stanik. Loving Mother of Pamela (Paul) Minzlaff, Lynn (Michael) Short, David (Kay) Martin, Debbie (Rick) Lazarczyk and Dale (Kim) Martin. Proud Grandmother of Elizabeth and Erika Minzlaff, Chad (Ashley), Lukas, Hunter and Angelina Short, Steven (Becky) Lazarczyk, Kyle (Kelsey) and the late Brittney Martin. Special Great Grandmother of Camden Short, Ethan and Amelia Lazarczyk. Sister of Marlene (Robert) Luljak and Patricia (John) Antoniewicz. Preceded by her infant son James Stanik, son-in-law Brian Cervenka and parents Louis and Alice Krusick Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (5571 S Marilyn St) on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, 9:30-11AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Diane retired after 25 years from the Village of Manor Park as a Manager of the Palmer House. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Aurora VNA Hospice or Aurora Zilber Family Hospice Appreciated. Special thanks to all the wonderful caregivers, nurses and chaplains who helped care for Diane at her home and during her stay at Zilber Family Hospice.
