Donald Robert "Grumpy" Humphrey

Donald Robert “Grumpy” Humphrey, 84 years of age and resident of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, passed away on October 1, 2024.

Born October 18, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois, husband of the late Marilyn Jean Humphrey, son of Albert and Evelyn, brother of Glenn and Eddie, father of Ricky, Dawn, Karin, and Garry, grandfather and great-grandfather to many other loved ones.

He went from being a poor street-smart kid from the South Side of Chicago to a Golden Gloves Boxer, a biker,  a hustler with a master’s degree in Common Sense, a jack of all trades, antique shop owner of “Gramps Attic,” real estate investor, and landlord.

He was a patriarch to be proud of, thank you for your Love, Kindness, Patience, Open-Mindedness, Lessons, Knowledge, Memories, Sense of Humor, and even the Grumpiness; Love Always your family.
