Dorothy Jeanne White

Dorothy J. White 85 of Huntington Place in Janesville died there on Thursday, Oct. 27,2016. Dorothy was born Nov. 30, 1930 in Walworth Co. Wis. the daughter of Harold Carlson and Grace Sturtevant. She graduated from Darien High School in 1948. She married Darwin White March 24, 1949 in So. Beloit, Wis. Dorothy was payroll Clerk for Rock Co Health. She was a longtime, active member of Cargill United Methodist Church. She was a member of Royal Neighbors of America and Rock Valley Quilters Club. She is survived by two daughters, Terri (Ron) Pass of Afton, Wis. and Lori Gray (Dale Robbins) of Milton, Wi. 4 Grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Many loving cousins and dear friends. She was predeceased by her husband , Darwin in 2005, her brother, Harold and infant sister , Barbara Ann. Funeral Services are 11am Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 at Cargill United Methodist Church with the Rev. Susan Lockman officiating. A reception follows the service. After the reception the family will travel to Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan for burial. Friends may call at the church from 10 to 11am on Tuesday, Nov. 1st.
