Edward P. "Eddie" Leahy

Edward P. Leahy age 46, of Lyons Township passed away on Friday, September 27, 2019 at Geneva Lake Manor. He was born on October 26, 1972 to Edward C. and Lilly (Abbinatti) Leahy. He graduated from Lakeland School and was cared for by his parents and his cousin Kathy Vorpagel who gave their entire attention to his care thru-out his life. Edward was preceded in death by his Mother Lilly on June 25, 2008 and his father Edward on October 5, 2018 he is survived by his Aunt and Uncle Vince and Rose Parisi, his cousins Michelle (James) Smith, Theresa (Gary) Ketterhagen, Kathleen (Scott) Vorpagel and Barbara (Mark) Hess, Vince Jr., Mark and Helena Parisi. Also surviving are his good friends Jim, John, Yanette and Tavo, other friends and relatives. He is preceded in death by his uncle John and Aunt Rita Leahy. He will be greatly missed by friends and family. Godspeed cousin Eddie. Burial will take place at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Richmond, IL at 2pm on Thursday, October 3, 2019.
