Edward R Staven Jr, age 65 yrs of Delavan, WI. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, August 18, 2025 at his residence. Edward was born on April 27, 1960, in Elkhorn, WI to Edward Staven Sr. and Lorraine (Maas) Hayes. He married Angela J. Miller on August 31, 1979, in Lake Geneva, WI. Edward grew up in Williams Bay, WI. He moved to Sharon, WI where he lived, worked and raised his family for many years. Edward loved spending time with his family and grandchildren (they called him BaBoo). He loved hunting in the Kettle Moraine woods in his tree stand. He loved to grill and smoke meats for family gatherings. He worked at the Sharon Foundry for 21 years and retired at Everbrite. He is survived by Angela Miller, Children Kerry Anderson, Melissa Staven, Sara (Jaime Blair) Staven and Jackie (Ken Nerge) Staven, Grandchildren Nicole (Derek Schmidt) Anderson, Garrette (Jodi) Anderson, Hanna Staven, Olivia O'Mahoney, Dewitt Blair, Harley Blair, Jaxsun Staven, Ethan Nerge, Connor Nerge, Bailey Nerge, Charlie Nerge, Jace Nerge. Also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law Nathan Anderson. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, from 5-7pm at Lazarczyk Family Funeral Home-Delavan (118 South 2nd Street).
