Elaine Hebel

Elaine Hebel (nee Trimpler), 74, of Lake Geneva and formerly of Chicago, passed away on October 31, 2021, at her residence. Elaine married Gregg Hebel on May 23, 1970, at St. Bonaventure in Chicago Illinois. Together they had three children, Michael (Jeanette) Hebel, Kathleen (Shane) Harris, and Carolyn (Kevin) Ward. Elaine was also the grandmother of Tyler, Izzy, Sawyer, and Shaelin. She is additionally survived by her sister-in-law, Beverly Spina. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Evelyn (Allen) Smidl. Elaine was always active in her community as a dedicated Girl Scout Leader and longtime member as well as past president of The Mother's Club of Our Lady of Victory. She was an extremely devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother; Elaine will be missed deeply by her family. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 5th, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home (515 Center Street, Lake Geneva, 53147).
