Ethel Rita Davy

Ethel Rita Davy, 105, longtime Delavan Inlet Resident died July 15, 2014 at Willowfield Nursing Home. She was born May 3, 1909 in LaFayette Twsp. Walworth Co. WI. the daughter of Louis Gratz and Mary McKillip. She married Wm. F. Davy, April 19,1947 in Belvidere, IL. Bill predeceased her in 1977. Ethel and her husband owned and operated DAVY BROTHERS TAVERN in the Delavan Inlet for many years. She graduated from Blandchardville High School and Mercy Hospital School of Nursiing. She was not only Registered Nurse but also a proficient muscian. She is survived by 2 sons, William, Jr. of Wisconsin, Harold Richardo of Oceanside, CA and daughter in law, Nancy Richardson of Delavan A son Robert is predeceased as is her husband Wm.
