Shusta, Eugene J. "Gene" Passed to eternal life surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday July 11, 2017, age 78yrs. Devoted husband for 54 years of Nancy (nee Wavrunek). Loving father of Gregory (Raquel), Jeanine (Stuart) and Eric (Shelly). Proud Grandpa of Sydney, James, Henry and Evelyn. Brother of Paul (Jean) and Harvey (the Late Jeri Ann). Brother-in-law of Roger (June) and Tom (Lyn). Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Memorial Gathering Friday August 4, 2017, 3-4pm at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church (2322 S. 106th Street) with Memorial Mass at 4pm. Private Interment. Gene was a retired metallurgical engineer, US Army Veteran, loved fishing and spending time with family and friends.
