Eunice J Rankin

Eunice J. Rankin, age 74 years. Resident of Lake Geneva and formerly of Hartland, WI. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026. She was born on September 26, 1951, in Burlington, WI to Ludwig and Mildred (nee Henningfield) Halbach. She married David Rankin on April 10, 1976, and he preceded her in death on November 10, 2015. Eunice grew up on a farm and that sparked her love for animals, especially cows, dogs and cats. She participated in 4-H and showed her projects at the Racine County Fair. Her and David participated in many different tractor shows. Eunice was always known for her happiness, her loving smile and her kind heart. She is survived by her brother Henry. Preceded in death by her parents and husband. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 10-11am at St. Peter's Lutheran Church-Waterford (145 South 6th Street) with funeral service at 11am. Interment at Lisbon Central Cemetery, Sussex, WI. Lazarczyk Family Funeral Homes of Lake Geneva and Delavan are proudly serving the family.
