Franklyn R. Lasch Jr. 85, Lake Geneva, WI died Saturday March 7, 2015 at his residence. Franklyn was born March 6, 1930 in Chicago, IL the son of Franklyn and Lillian Roessler Lasch. United in marriage to Bethel Snudden August 4, 1961 in Manchester, Iowa. Franklyn served in the U.S. Army a Veteran of Korean Conflict stationed in Japan. Graduate of Lake Geneva High School in 1948. Owned family business, Maple Leaf Dairy, which was located in his childhood home at 622 Geneva Street, Lake Geneva where the Lake Geneva Police Station is now. He also worked at American Motors in Kenosha, WI for 30 years. Surviving are his wife, Bethel, daughter, Cheri Lasch, Lake Geneva, WI, son, Franklyn "Mike" (Lisa) Lasch, Lake Geneva, WI, 7 grandchildren, Adam (Betsy), Ryan, Jake, Ty, Cole, Sam, and Taylor, 1 great grandchild, Boone Michael and 1 Baby Boy due in April. Preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Celebration of Franklyn's life will be held this summer at Mike and Lisa's house.
