Frieda Mueller Krabbe

Frieda Regina Krabbe, 95, longtime Delavan resident died at Willowfield Nursing Home on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015 after a long illness. Frieda was born sept. 17, 1919 in Brookfield, Illinois the daughter of Richard Mueller and Wilhelmina Knoblach. She married Ralph Krabbe Dec. 15, 1942 in Delavan. Ralph died of a heart attack while deer hunting back in 1965. Frieda worked in Arnold's Drug Store in downtown Delavan for many years. Her warm and ingratiating smile welcomed all to the store. She was very active in October Fest when it was in operation and was a friend of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. She is survived by one daughter, Susie (William,) Melchi of St. Germaine, Wi. Cousins and a plethora of friends. Funeral services will be 11am. Friday, Feb. 20, 2015 at the Betzer Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiatiing.
