Gale J Lofgren

Gale Joyce Lofgren 89 years old, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Born in Arcola, IL, Gale brought a sharp wit and light to everyone she met. She spent her life with an unapologetic passion for family. Her love, strong will, and beliefs defined her 89 years of life. 

Gales greatest joy was found in her large, devoted family. She is survived by her five children and their spouses, Indy (Michael) Taylor, Bruce (Mary) Lofgren, Elizabeth (Bob) Cocroft, Richard (Bethany) Lofgren, and Robert Lofgren. She is also survived by a large, cherished family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. Gale was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Lofgren; parents; and other relatives that went before her. 

A Celebration of Gale's life was held from 3:00PM until 5:00PM at Lazarczyk Family Funeral Home 515 Center St. Lake Geneva, WI 53147 on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
