Gary W. Camphouse

Gary William Camphouse, age 65 of Walworth, WI passed into eternal life on Saturday, April 7, 2018 in his home after a long, courageous, struggle with cancer. Gary, was born in Chicago, IL on March 18, 1953 to Elaine (Novotny) and George Camphouse. He was a hardworking man whose career was in HVAC for most of his life. Gary loved life and helping others. He was patient and kind to those less fortunate, he would always joke around with people and loved to laugh. He just had the greatest sense of humor right up until the end. He was an avid reader, Loved Pink Floyd, and every single thing he bought off of Amazon. Val always told him he needed a hobby and he insisted his hobby was driving her crazy. Gary was just a good man with beautiful blue eyes and a kind heart. He was the beloved husband of Valerie. Loving father to his daughter Kellie and son Kris (Sarah) and step-father to Tyra (Matt) and Tom. Grandfather to Kaylen, Peyton, Sophi, Dexter, Illiana, Christopher and Jackson. He is survived by his sister; Sharon Jacobs, sister-in-law Donna, and his nephew, Tim. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother George, and nephew Jeff. A memorial gathering to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 2:30-4p.m. with a service at 4p.m. at the Steinke-Lazarczyk Funeral Home (515 Center St, Lake Geneva).
