Harold Ernest Krug

Harold E. Krug, 86, Burlington, WI died Wednesday Sept. 24, 2014 at his residence. Harold was born January 11, 1928 in Chicago, IL the son of Kurt and Erika VonSchwaitler Krug. United in marriage to Gertrude Thieme Aug. 18, 1951 in Palatine, IL and she preceded him in death Oct. 11, 2010. Served in the U.S. Army. Surviving are his daughters, Carye (John) Kibitlewski, Lyons, WI, and Tami (Bill) Gillman-Bougher, Burlington, WI and Son Michael (Sandy) Krug. 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Leopold Krug. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday Oct. 2, 2014 at the Steinke Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Kamps from the Como Community Church officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
