Heather Nina Laho

Heather Nina Laho, 39 years old of Kenosha, WI passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025. She was born February 11, 1986 to Robert and Debbie (Peterson) Parks in Hancock, MI. On July 19, 2008, Heather was united in marriage to her husband, Alan. Heather was a sweet soul, with an infectious smile that would illuminate the room upon entering. She had a sense of humor with a caring, loving heart. Heather was a talented makeup artist and her creativity carried on through her hobby of painting. She enjoyed going to concerts, which she often referred to as her escape. Heather loved going to breakfast and visiting the Harbor Market for her favorite cup of kombucha. She adored her dogs and everyone knew that she lovingly referred to them as her “babies.” Heather loved being an aunt to her host of nieces and nephews and always looked forward to her time with family.

Survivors include, her husband of 17 years, Alan; parents, Robert and Debbie Parks; siblings, Laura Cooley, Michele Granroth, Stephanie (Logan) Frantti, and Byron (Terra) Parks; nieces and nephews, Jace, Harper, and Talon Cooley, Haley Granroth, Everly and Liam Frantti, Camden Parks, Kaisa and Niko Laho, Jayce and Joel Laho, Addy, Elli, Liam, Charlie, and Iris Hallstrom, Kiley, Kora, and Hunter Laho, Brycen and Amarae Cates, and Lyle Laho; mother-in law, Ruth (Kyle) Kerkering; father-in-law, Kris (Lori) Laho; brothers and sisters-in-law, Matthew (Nora) Laho, Dustin (Mayra) Laho, Megan (Steve) Hallstrom, Nolan (Amanda) Laho, Jessie (Joshua) Cates, and Kris (Jordan) Laho; and a host of extended family and loving friends.
