James Arthur Grice

James Arthur Grice 65 of Lake Geneva passed away Wednesday January 11, 2017 at St Luke's Neuro ICU in Milwaukee. Born on June 5, 1951 in Elkhorn. The son of James and Gertrude (Stolzer) Grice. He married Gail Evans on October 6, 1973 in Delavan. A loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Jim was an independent man owning his own business for 45 years (All American Estate Builders or Grice Inc.) serving all of the surrounding areas. Jim was very active in his church serving as an elder, trustee, and usher as well as a youth leader for 10 years. He also constructed many sceneries for the Christian day school musicals and also volunteered and coached the Delavan Youth Wrestling Club for a number of years. Jim is survived by his mother Gertrude Grice of Elkhorn, his wife Gail (Evans) Grice; three children Amanda Grice of Lake Geneva, Carolyn (Tom) Christensen of Racine, and Adam (Kaylee) Grice of Withee; one grandchild Kole James. He was preceded in death by his father James Grice. Visitation will be held Sunday January 15, 2017 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Betzer Funeral home in Delavan and Service will be held Monday January 16, 2017 at 11:00 am at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan with one hour visitation prior starting at 10:00 am Service Information Monday, January 16th, 2017 11:00am
