Jeramiah Maynard, age 46 years. Resident of Elkhorn, WI. Passed away on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025 at Lakeland Medical Center. Jeramiah was born on June 27, 1977 in Wisconsin to the late Dennis and Carol (Schellhorn) Maynard. Jeramiah was a loving brother, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many who he loved and will be missed by many. He enjoyed being outside fishing, hunting and loved  spending time with his nieces and nephews. He also enjoyed watching the Packers, Brewers and when not watching them he was playing many different sports and was proud of his Golden Glove Championship. One of Jeramiah’s accomplishments was when he graduated and was accepted in to the Bar Association and proudly served as an attorney in the Elkhorn Area. Loving and Caring Brother to Scott Maynard, Lisa (William) Otto and Lori (Larry) Otto. Proud and loving uncle to Jessica, Richard, James (Lindsey), Jacob, Stephanie (Hunter), Jon, Ally, Lacy, Brody and Haley. Special great uncle to Dennis, Grady, Penelope, Ellena, Everleigh, Emelia, Avery, Alleigha, Malani and William. Also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his Maternal and Paternal Grandparents, his Parents, Brother Danny and Niece Cassie. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 at the Lazarczyk Family Funeral Home-Delavan (118 South Second Street, Delavan, WI) from 11am to 1:30pm with Funeral Service at 1:30. Interment to follow at St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery, Delavan. Lazarczyk Family Funeral Home of Delavan and Lake Geneva is proudly serving the family.
