Joan M. Bullis

Joan M. Bullis 80 of Lake Geneva died Sunday Oct. 4th, 2015 at her residence. Joan was born August 3rd, 1935 in Elkhorn, WI. The daughter of James and Katherine Kohn Pendergast united in marriage to Jack Gibbs and he preceded her in death. She then was united in marriage to Robert J. Bullis September 18th, 1978 and he preceded her in death November 19th, 2003. Surviving are three daughters, Cindy (Harvey) Handel, Lake Geneva, Mary Earle, Jefferson, WI. And Kari (Kyle) Bird, Lake Geneva, and a son John (Diane) Gibbs, Lake Geneva, WI. Grandchildren, Hilary (Joel) Beaulieu, Katie Jo, Hattie & Silas Earle, Dylan and Zoe Bird, Abby, Megan and Jenny Gibbs. Great Granddaughter, Alexis Beaulieu. A Sister-in-Law Patricia Pendergast. Preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Pat Gibbons and Nancy Walkoe, and a brother, James Pendergast. Services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Friday October 9th, 2015 at the Steinke Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Kamps of the Como Community Church Lake Como officiating, Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. to time of services on Friday.
