Joanna F. Sullivan-Blair, 63 of Pell Lake, WI. Passed away Monday September 24, 2019 at her residence. Joanna was born on February 29, 1956 in Greenville, MS to Eliga and Isabella (Nettles) Roach. United in Marriage to First Husband the late Bernard E. Sullivan who passed away on July 17, 2011 and to Henry Blair in 2016. Surviving Joanna is her Mother Isabella Roach, Sister Angela Fuller of Chicago, IL, Brothers Elijah Roach Jr (Monica) of Country Club, IL, Calvin Roach of Columbus, OH, James Roach of Springfield, IL, and David (Keesha) Roach of Gainesville, FL. Stepson Nicholas Sullivan of Brainard, MN. Joanna was preceded in death by her Father Eliga and her First Husband Bernard. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (248 Main Street, Lak Geneva) on Thursday, October 3, 2019 for 10am -12 Noon with Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon with Fr.
