Joe Manuel Rayas, 33, of Whitewater died at his home on March 2, 2015. Jose was born Sept. 14, 1981 in Rockford, IL. the son of Rico Rayas and Oralia Galindo. He married Kristen Faltinson in 2000. Jose is survived by wife,Kristen, his parents, Rico and Oralia Rayas of Delavan. 3 sons.Mekhi, Jose and Gabino. 2 daughers, Chrysler and Sonya. 1 brother, Antonio and 1 sister, Vanessa (Humberto) Colunga of Delavan . Neices, Alanna, Savannah, Nina and Mia. Memorial Services are 4pm Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Betzer Funeral Home 118 S. 2nd. St. Delavan. Friends may call from 2pm to 4 pm Saturday, March 7th.
