Josefine was born July 24, 1930 in Passau, Germany, the daughter of Franz & Fransisca Ortner Freisl, United in marriage to Karl Deak Sept. 20,1952 in Passau, Germany. Surviving is her husband Karl, Lake Geneva, sons Karl H. Deak of Lake Geneva and Ernest F. (Tracy) Deak of Chicago IL. 2 grandchildren, Derek A. Deak & Monica J. Brunell, 3 Great Grandchildren, Olivia J., Erin E., and Mauve G. Brunell, a sister Rosemarie of La Porte.IN. and a brother Kurt (Molly) Friesl, Germany. Preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Jeannette and three brothers, Franz, Rudolf and Erich Friesl. Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday April 16, 2016 at the Steinke Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Lake Geneva with Pastor Bob Kamps of the Como Community Church Lake Como, WI., officiating.
