Joseph Stanly Shudy

Joseph Shudy passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 25th at the age of 93 at Care-Age of Brookfield. Joseph Stanley Shudy was born Aug. 27, 1923 in Sturgeon Lake, MN to the late Peter & Victoria (Torzewski) Shudy. On October 12, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI he married his beloved wife, the late Shirley Adams. Joe is survived by three beloved daughters, Sandra Nowak of Muskego, Kathleen (the late John)Switalski of Caledonia and Debra (the late Daniel)Chodara & Debra's partner Peter Pichelman of Big Bend, grandchildren Kim & the late Todd Nowak of Muskego, Jodi Switalski of Caledonia, Brian(Jenny)Switalski of Muskego, Adam Chodara (Jenni Durr) of Greenfield, Robert & Daniel Chodara of Big Bend, Missy Wittenburg of Milwaukee, great-grandchildren Alex Nowak, Elizabeth Grall, Victoria Lampton, Jacob & Nathan Switalski all of Muskego, Reyna Chodara & Trace Ristow of Greenfield, two brothers, Peter (late Phyllis)Shudy of West Allis, Adrian (Barbara)Shudy of Waukesha, brother-in-law Donald (Nancy)Adams of Westborough, MA, many nieces, nephews , other relatives & friends . He is also preceeded in death by brothers Frank, John, Anthony & Henry and sisters Sophie Romanoski, Genevieve Zelazny & Margaret Irrthum. Visitation will be held Friday, March 3rd, 2017 at Heritage Funeral Home - Greenfield 4800 S. 84th St. from 10am until time of funeral service at 12 Noon. Entombment at Arlington Park Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at Care-Age of Brookfield for the loving care you provided for Joe, with a special thank you to Monique for putting so many smiles on his face. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
