Karen Elizabeth Freitag, 69, Lake Geneva, WI died Tuesday Oct. 28, 2014 at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. Karen was born Aug. 16, 1945 in Lake Geneva, WI the daughter of Ralph and Amanda Hudson Cone. United in marriage to Richard Edwards Oct. 19, 1963 and he preceded her in death April 5, 2009 then united in marriage to Richard W. Freitag May 19, 2012 in Lake Geneva. Member of the Como Community Church. Surviving are her husband Richard, daughter, Carol Edwards, Elkhorn, WI, son, Wayne (Faith) Edwards, Elkhorn, and 2 grandsons, Garrett & Nolan Edwards. Preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday Nov. 3, 2014 at the Como Community Church with Pastor Bob Kamps officiating. Burial will be at Hazel Ridge Cemetery, Elkhorn. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to time of services at the Como Community Church.
