Kathryn Eleanor 'Kay' Heldt

Delavan--Kathryn E. "Kay" Heldt, 94 currently of Ridgestone Village, Delavan died there on Saturday, September 27, 2014. Kay was born Jan. 12, 1920 in Plymouth, CT. the daughter of Charles H. Byles and Elsie L. Dyer. She married Raymond J. Heldt, April 5, 1941 in Chicago, Il. Ray predeceased her in 2009. Kay was a active member of the UCC-Congregational Church of Delavan and its' Shalom Circle. She was active in the Delavan Service League and Meals On Wheels. Kay is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Derek) Gracey of Mukwonago, Wi and one son Raymond (Barb) Heldt of Janesville, WI. 1 sister, Elsie Flasher of PA. and 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by one sister, Ruth and one brother, Theodore. Funeral services will be 12pm Thursday, October 2,2014 at the UCC Church. with the Rev. Laura McLeod officiating. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 to 12noon Thursday at the Church. Betzer Funeral Home of Delavan is serving the family.
