Ken T. Jiardini

Kenneth “Ken” T. Jiardini, 82 years of age, of Lyons Township, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully with family by his side on November 21, 2023, at Lakeland Hospital in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

Ken was born on September 29, 1941, in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, to the late Ann Elizabeth (nee Grady) and Thomas Samuel Jiardini. He was united in marriage to (Elizabeth) Sharon (nee Prahl, formerly Collins) on August 22, 1975, at the Walworth County Court House.

Survived by his wife, Sharon; children Angela (Ron) Beaudoin, Tim (Aarti) Jiardini, Tom (Sue) Jiardini; daughter-in-law Marie Collins; grandchildren Andrew (Marta) Collins, ElisaBeth (Andrew) Werdin, Alexander (Lindsey) Collins, Lauren (Stephan), Oscar, Isaac, Zena, Indira, and Augustin Jiardini; great-grandchildren Asher, Hayden, Declan, Eric, Malakai, Clara, and Adrienne; sister Cindy Jiardini, and nephew Jacob Humphrey; as well as other relatives and many friends. He will be dearly missed.

Preceded in death by his beloved son, Craig (Marie) Collins, his parents Ann and Thomas, and great-granddaughter Celia Collins.

Ken was an avid outdoorsman, always looking forward to the beginning of hunting season each year. He enjoyed fishing, taking care of The Farm, or simply spending an afternoon on the mower. Ken was a quiet soul and a man of few words. He was always up for meeting with friends at Herbie’s Garage, spending time in the hunting lodge, or any activity with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ken will be most remembered by his family as the outstanding husband, father, and Papa who could always be depended upon.

The Jiardini family would also like to extend special thanks to the Lyons Township Fire and Rescue First Responders, neighbors, friends, and family for their continued support and care.

Private family services were held with Lazarczyk Family Funeral Homes of Lake Geneva proudly serving the family.
