Leandra N. Mena age 78, of Delavan, WI passed away on Friday January 22, 2021 at Mercy Medical Center in Janesville, WI. Leandra was born March 14, 1942 in Texas to the late Rafael and Leandra (Ramon) Nieto. Leandra was a retiree from Andes Candy Chocolate Factory. She was the loving wife of Lazaro Mena; proud mother of Everardo Arizola, Diane Leal, Belinda Mora, and Krista (Luciano) Aranda; loving grandmother of Danny Arizola, Jennifer Arizola, Nick Arizola, Arturo Martinez, Jr, Joaquin Arizola, Karissa Perez, Enrique "Ricky" Mora III, Erica Mora Yasmine Mora, Lazaro Ozuna and Giselle Medrano. She is also survived by brothers Rafael Nieto, Jr., Alfredo Tobias and Febronio Ramon and sister Maria Ramirez, many nieces and nephews, many great-grandchildren and many, many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Juan Ramon, and sister, Isabel Rodriguez.
