Lou Ella Phillips

Lou Ella Phillips, 95, of Elkhorn,Wi died at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, Jan. 15, 2015. Lou Ella was the mother of Chris Phillips of Delavan. She was born June 10, 1919 in Dresden, Tennessee. She married Robert Lloyd Phillips in 1947. He died in 1984. Her visitation for family will be 6pm Sunday, Jan. 18th at the Betzer Funeral Home.
