Lyle A. "Tuffy" Karis, Longtime resident of West Allis. Passed to eternal life surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, March 20, 2021, age 89 years. Devoted husband to the Late Juliana "Julie"( nee Leis). Loving father of Richard (Deborah), Mark, Diane (Ron) Stock, Brian (Beth), Barb (Robert) Marshman, Janet (Gregory) Hensel. Proud grandfather of Jessica (Kevin) Mulligan, Stephanie (Steve) Jacobson, Becky (Justin) Fry, Emily, Jared, Allan, Mathew (Melissa), Timothy, and Michael Karis; Nicholas, Benjamin, and Anna Marshman; Jake, Juliana and Linda Hensel. Great grandfather of Klara, Delaney and William Jacobson, Cassidy and Charles Mulligan, Brooks Fry and Kye and Mia Karis. Brother-in-law of Jerome (Pam) Leis and Mary Karis. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday March 26, 2021 at Mother of Perpetual Help Church (2322 S. 106th St,) from 10:30 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Interment will take place at St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery (Norwalk, Wisconsin) on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 11:30 am. Lyle and Julie were charter members of the former Mary Queen of Heaven Church.
