"Stormin" Norman John Borner, 91, of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, passed away at Aurora Memorial Hospital in Burlington on Thursday, April 28, 2022. He was born on August 6, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late James Paul and Dolores Georgia (Becher) Borner. Norman was united in marriage to his loving wife Olive Swenson in 1954, in Chicago, Illinois. The two spent 68 wonderful years together and raised two children, James Wade (Belinda) Borner, and Cheryl Ann Elsie (Larry) Crane. Norman is survived by his wife Olive, his children James Wade (Belinda) Borner, and Cheryl Ann Elsie (Larry) Crane. Also survived by his grandchildren Daniel (Amanda) Borner and Emerald (Daniel) Almaguer; great-grandchildren James and Tyr Borner, Ruban, Dante, and Felix Almaguer; his sister Barbara Nelson; niece and nephew Scott (Lynn) Nelson, and Sherry (Paul) Lambert; as well as other relatives and many friends. Described as a force of nature, "Stormin" Norman was known and recognized wherever he went. A proud member of the Masons, Shriners, and the NRA, Norman proudly served his country in the United States Army, and will be dearly missed by many.
