Patricia Ann Holden

Patricia A Holden, 65, Lake Geneva, passed away August 10, 2018 at home. Pat was a loving wife, devoted mother of 3, a doting grandmother of 5, and a caring friend and sister of many others. Pat was an avid gardener, a lover of nature and animals, and took pride in all of her beautiful flower gardens and many rescue/foster dogs. Patricia was born on July 23, 1953 in Elk Grove Village, IL, the daughter of Irwin E Nicholls and Margaret Anna Specht. She was united in marriage to Gregory L Holden on September 11, 1982 in Elkhorn WI. Patricia has been a resident of Lake Geneva for many years. She was employed at Filtertek and Crown Industrial in Hebron, IL, Zenda Lumber and Proto Tech in Zenda, Wi and she retired from Lakeland Health Care Center after 21 years. Surviving are her husband of nearly 36 years, Gregory L Holden, two sons, Christopher T Meusling of Lake Geneva and Michael E Holden (Erin) of Park Ridge, Ill, and a daughter, Cynthia M Meusling (Sean Haney) of Janesville Wi.; 5 grandchildren, Josh Meusling, Samantha Shelton, Arwen Meusling, Aiden Holden and Michaela Holden; 3 brothers Bill, Roger and George Nicholls (Judy); 3 sisters, Deborah Akerman, Pauline Zehner (Steve) and Diana Eifert (Ben Gunderson). She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Martha Cairns. Per her wishes there will be no service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. A special thanks to her sister, Diana, for her loving, daily care the last three months. She made Pat's final days so much easier with her loving care.
