Paul J. Gapp

Paul J. Gapp, 74, Of Lake Geneva, passed away peacefully at Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa, WI, on Friday, October 14, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Born September 21,1948 in Waukesha, WI, to Albert and Phyllis (Aplin) Gapp. On September 20, 2002, he was untied in marriage to Bernice Langdon in Elkhorn, WI. Paul was a 28-year employee of Getzen Instrument in Elkhorn as a Horn Operator. He loved to go fishing, looking for arrow heads, and had a very good eye for Antique shopping. He could find the most beautiful treasures and loved to make everyone special arrowhead necklaces. His favorite past time was to be outside in screenhouse with his loving wife, friends, family, and of course, his lovey "fur daughter" named STAR! Paul is survived by his loving wife Bernice; children Dennis (Terri) Gapp, James Gapp, Jason Shearer, Jennifer Gapp; step-children Jimmy (Heather) Langdon, Sue (Virgil) Sovine, Valerie Bishop, and Dawn Langdon; grandson Atticus Shearer; siblings Albert Gapp, Sherry (Robert) Krenz, Michael Gapp, Bill (Judy) Gapp, Bruce Gapp, Dainel Gapp, Chris Fuller and Carol Piasecki. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Russell Gapp. Also survived by 9 step-grandchildren, 15 step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
