Phyllis T. Vukelich peacefully passed away on June 22nd, 2018 at the age of 88 in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Phyllis was born on September 8th, 1929 in Rib Lake, Wisconsin to William and Beda Gessert Much loved daughter, sister, wife, grandmother ,great grandmother and friend to many. Preceded in death by her husband, John T Vukelich, parents William and Beda Gessert and sister Eileen (Chuck) Evenson, brother and sister in laws Matthew Vukelich, Joesph Vukelich and Victoria Grief (Art). She is survived by her sister in law, Phyllis Vukelich of Germantown, Wi Phyllis leaves behind her children Thomas (Rebecca) Vukelich Lake Geneva, Wi. Patrick ( Meg) Vukelich Clarkston, Michigan and Mary Vukelich Carman (Steve)-Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Grandchildren Jessica Vukelich Noller ( Shayne) Jonathan Vukelich, Samantha Vukelich (Adam Elim) Erin Vukelich, Matthew Vukelich and Grace Vukelich, as well as Jennifer, Nathan and Colin Pollesch. Great grandchildren Cole and Isla Noller, Asher and Aletheia Elim. Further survived by many adored nieces, nephews and a multitude of life long friends. Phyllis grew up in Rib Lake Wisconsin meeting her husband John in Milwaukee Wisconsin. They married on August 25th, 1950 and enjoyed 44 years of marriage. John and Phyllis raised their family in Brookfield Wisconsin while also being residents of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Minocqua, Wisconsin forming years of fond family memories shared across generations. Phyllis enjoyed tennis, golf and bridge but above all she enjoyed being with family and friends near and far, hosting with fine food, fine wine and fun! Her fun loving social spirit will be carried on by all who knew her A memorial service will be held on July 23rd, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Woodruff Wisconsin.
