Preciliano Perez

Preciliano “El Chavo” Perez, 81 years old of Zenda, WI passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was born January 4, 1944 to the late Jesus and Lucia (Diaz) Perez in Durango, Mexico. Preciliano was strong willed, dedicated to his family, and lived life to the fullest. He was known for his love of music and dancing, having a cold beer in his hand, and the famous phrase, “Chingao.” Preciliano was always the best dressed and the first to be the life of the party. He was strong in his faith and in his adoration for his grandchildren. Preciliano enjoyed watching rodeos and horse races and used to be a jockey and participant in bull tailing. He loved playing pool and poker, but card games with family at home made him happiest.

Survivors include, his loving wife, Matilde Perez Rosas; children, Anabela Perez, Octavio Perez, Rene Perez, Esmeralda (Camilo) Aragon Perez, and Omar (Amanda) Perez; grandchildren, Christian, Fernando, Luca, Jared, Liliana, Marley, Naya, Camilo Jr., and Jurnee; siblings, Ester Perez, Rito Perez, Jose Angel Perez, Marciano Perez, Maria de Jesus Violante, and Manuel Ignacio Perez; many nieces and nephews; and a host of loving friends. Along with his parents, Preciliano was preceded in death by his son, Ramon Perez; sister, Juanita Perez; and brothers, Cirilo, Ignacio, Alcario, and Francisco Perez.

Visitation will be held from 1:00PM until the time of service at 4:00PM Friday, September 12, 2025 at LAZARCZYK FAMILY FUNERAL HOME OF LAKE GENEVA 515 Center St. Lake Geneva, WI 53147. Interment will be private. For additional information, please call (262)-248-2320.

Preciliano “El Chavo" Pérez, de 81 años de Zenda, WI, falleció el sábado 6 de septiembre de 2025 rodeado de su familia. Nació el 4 de enero de 1944, hijo de Jesús y Lucía (Diaz) Pérez en Durango, México. Preciliano tenía una voluntad fuerte, se dedicaba a su familia y vivía la vida al máximo.

Era conocido por su amor por la música y el baile, por tener una cerveza fría en la mano y la famosa frase "Chingao". Preciliano siempre fue el mejor vestido y el primero en ser el alma de la fiesta. Era fuerte en su fe y en su adoración por sus nietos. A Preciliano le gustaba ver rodeos y carreras de caballos y participaba en las coleaderas. Le encantaba jugar al billar y al póquer, pero los juegos de cartas con la familia en casa lo hacían muy feliz.

Entre los sobrevivientes se encuentran su amorosa esposa, Matilde Pérez Rosas; hijos, Anabela Pérez, Octavio Pérez, Rene Pérez, Esmeralda (Camilo) Aragón Pérez y Omar (Amanda) Pérez; nietos, Christian, Fernando, Luca, Jared, Liliana, Marley, Naya, Camilo Jr. y Jurnee; hermanos, Ester Pérez, Rito Pérez, José Ángel Pérez, Marciano Pérez, Maria de Jesús Violante y Manuel Ignacio Pérez; muchas sobrinas y sobrinos; y una gran cantidad de amigos amorosos. Junto con sus padres, Preciliano fue precedido en la muerte por su hijo, Ramón Pérez; hermana, Juanita Pérez; y hermanos, Cirilo, Ignacio, Alcario y Francisco Pérez.
