Rebecca J. Jutz passed away on December 10th, 2024, in her home with her three cats, Desmond, Tonto, and Zasu.
Rebecca was born on January 24, 1953. She retired from Andes Candies, where she had worked since 1975, leaving a lasting memory on many friends and co-workers.
Rebecca loved traveling and live music. Along with many travels around the United States, she also visited Ireland in her thirties. She attended more concerts than could be counted, including Elvis Presley, Tom Jones, Paul McCartney, and Sha Na Na.
Though she had no children, except for those with fur, she left an impact and many memories on two generations of nieces and nephews. Aunt Becky will be remembered for walks down the tracks, goofy gifts, a card for every holiday, confetti Easter eggs, her many rubber ducks, and for always having a can of soda you could steal.
Ms. Jutz was known throughout the Delavan community for her many carved pumpkins every Halloween and her creative scarecrows that were part of Scarecrow Fest every year.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her “Ma”, one sibling, and one niece, She is survived by 10 siblings, seven nieces and nephews, four great nieces, nephew, and nibling, and one great-great nephew.
The family will be mourning privately.
