Rebecca "Becky" Matzke

Rebecca “Becky” Matzke 63 years old of Sharon, WI passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2026. She was born August 13, 1962 to the late William and Dorothy Miller in Milwaukee, WI. On January 9, 1982, Becky was united in marriage with her husband, Tim and he preceded her in death on November 14, 2024. She loved tending to her garden, going to the casino, and testing her luck with scratch off tickets. Becky enjoyed a good Italian beef and a pizza with sausage, mushroom, and extra cheese. She collected coins, canned many foods, challenged her mind with puzzles, and kept her mind busy by counting the beans from her garden. Becky could be found with a cold Miller Lite and using a cup filled with ice to keep it cold. She was a butcher for many years and spent her time as a dedicated employee for Royal Basket for the past 24 years. Becky loved playing poker and euchre and driving her buggy to get around as it helped her keep her independence. She spent her last day on earth on her favorite day of the week (Wednesday) doing exactly what she loved - tending to her garden with her family. Above all things, she was a loving mother, adoring grandmother, and doting great-grandmother.

Survivors include, her children, Jesse (Amanda), Rachael (Tim), Shannon (Jose), and Zeek (Brooke); grandchildren, Jaden, Lilly, Marianna, Tristan, Julian, Natalie, Tucker, Ryder, Alyx, Austin, Walker, Leo, and Romeo; great-grandchildren, Brexely, Athena, and Kinsley; siblings, Debbie, Vicki, Robin, Heather, Brian, Forrest, Cory, Jonny, and Josh; sister-in-law, Tammi; friend and neighbor of 30 years, Michaelann; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Becky was preceded in death by her husband, Tim; parents, William and Dorothy; and sister and best friend, Angie. 

Visitation will be held from 3:00PM until 5:00PM Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Lazarczyk Family Funeral Home 118 S. 2nd St. Delavan, WI 53115. Interment will be private. For additional information, please call (262)-248-2320.
