Richard Allen Osborne

Richard Allen Osborne, 48 of Delavan died on April 7, 2015. Richard was born June 15, 1966 in Elkhorn,Wi the son of Charles Wm. Osborne and Mary Baumeister. Richard was a kind hearted man who enjoyed tractor pulls, car races, demo derby's and any outside activities. He loved spending time with family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.He was recently the manager of apartment complexes. He is survived by his loving friend Shelia Carstensen ; step children, Justin Craig( Kayla fiance) of Delavan and Brittnie (Jay) Crawford,Jr of Fox Lake, IL.; grandchildren Zander, Steven, Isabel and Alison; and a very close friend John Taft. He is survived by his family;Florence Van Matre of Beloit, Bill (Linda) Osborne of Lily, WI Shirley (Russ) Kube of Lake Geneva, Mike Osborne of Whitewater and Christine (Alan) Villegas of Darien, as well as Nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents, his sister, Sue Cowan of Spooner and his brother John Osborne of Elkhorn. Funeral services are 2pm Monday, April 13, 2015t the Harvest Point Church in Delavan with visitation at the church from 11 to 2pm on Monday, April 13th 2015. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Elkhorn. Rev.Gary Sisk is officiating. Betzer Funeral Home is serving the family.
