Ricky A. Humphrey

Ricky A. Humphrey, 60 years old of Lake Como, WI passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, WI Ricky was born on May 02, 1960 in Chicago, IL son of the Donald R. and Marilyn J. (Winston) Humphrey. He married Cynthia S. Peterson on October 27, 1979 at the Como Community Church. Ricky lived his life with joy, laughter and an incredible love for his family. He enjoyed his summer days on Lake Como shores walking with his dogs and boating. He was a lifelong fan of the Chicago Sports teams, he loved watching his beloved Bears and wore his Walter Payton jersey with pride. He enjoyed Nascar, his favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt, he loved Rock concerts, Summerfest and Outdoor Events. He was devoted to his family and love ones with all that he had. Ricky is survived by his loving wife Cynthia; children Sara and Jaime Humphrey. He was the grandfather of Skylah, Enrique, Jaden, Isaiah, McKenzi and Aliyah; and the great-grandfather of Kasen. He is also survived by his parents, Donald and Marilyn Humphrey, siblings Dawn (Earl) Wild, Karin (Floyd) Koniarski, Garry Humphrey, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at the Steinke-Lazarczyk Family Funeral Home (515 Center Street, Lake Geneva, WI) from 1 - 3 p.m. with a service at 3 p.m. officiated by Bob Kamps of the Como Community Church. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, everyone is asked to be patient and abide to social distancing guidelines. Everyone is welcome, but we are allowing 50 people in the building at any given time. Masks are not required, but recommended per CDC guidelines. You are welcome to come inside to offer your support and condolences, but please be mindful of time spent inside so that all mourners are able to express their sympathy.
