Robert Burdette Rogers

Robert Burdette Rogers, 62 years old of Darien, WI passed away Monday, June 15, 2026 after a courageous fight with cancer. He was born October 24, 1963 to Dennis and Barbara (Olson) Rogers in Elkhorn, WI. On October 30, 2021, Bob was united in marriage with Ella Hershberger in Las Vegas. He loved riding his harley, fishing, playing pool, and spending time outdoors. Bob enjoyed watching Nascar and racing his own stock cars. He loved family camping trips and black jack game nights. Bob was a proud operating engineer for Local 139 at Wanasek for nearly 30 years. He worked hard and played even harder. Bob was a loving husband, proud father, and adoring papa and great-papa.

Survivors include, his wife, Ella; children, Trisha Ehler, Krista Cocroft, Amanda Lucas Wilson, Marissa Rogers, Samantha Rogers, Katelyn Leis and Wyatt Leis; mother, Barbara Heminover( Rogers); 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Gerry Rogers, Kevin (Brenda) Rogers, Vickey Lynn, and Kelly (Tom) Palma; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his father, Dennis; and son, Christopher.

Visitation will be held from 10:00AM until the time of service at 1:00PM Monday, June 22, 2026 at LAZARCZYK FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 118 S. 2nd St. Delavan, WI 53115. Interment to immediately follow in Roselawn Memory Gardens Lake Geneva, WI.
